Rodent Exclusion
Rodent exclusion is the process of sealing off all current and potential entry points that rodents may use to enter a building. This includes sealing off gaps in walls, soffits, roofs, exhaust vents, doors, or entry points.

Long Lasting – Where chemical preventatives may work in the short term before needing to be reapplied and traps can take care of rodents inside your home,
Homeowners must maintain good sanitation, remove essential resources (water, food and shelter) needed by rodents and limit the number of animals that can live in an area.
Rodents cause damage. Rodents often burrow into and re-arrange wall and attic insulation. Their habit of gnawing on objects may damage upholstered furniture, museum collections, paper and leather goods, clothing, and electrical lines and equipment.
Rodents have a keen sense of smell. Once rodents have entered a hole, room, or building, their odors remain on the hole and may attract other rodents. Their scent is often left behind by grease marks made by oils in the skin and by urine markings. You may want to remove insulation and disinfect these areas to remove the pheromone trail.
We must walk on the roof and damage to the tiles may occur. I understand damage during the service that it is my responsibility, outside of gross negligence. As a professional courtesy Mega Insulation will repair tiles they break if provided by homeowner during the day of service at no additional cost. I also understand that I must provide full access to all my property including attic, subarea, roof, and perimeter of structure. I hereby agree with all the above and agree to provided needed access to the property to effectively perform the service. If property is not prepared for service, trip charge will be added to the invoice.
